Return & Exchange Policy
At Lavenchy, we gladly accept returns and exchanges if it fulfils the following criteria:
- All requests for exchange must be placed within 7 days of purchase.
- The product(s) should be unwashed, unused and undamaged. All the labels should be intact and the product should have its original packing.
- Customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Exchange shipment charges will be paid by the customer.
- A photographic evidence is required in case of faulty/damaged product and should be sent at our Email or WhatsApp along with the order ID.
Refund
- Refund is only possible if the item is damaged, and can't be made otherwise.
- After receiving the item, a refund slip will be generated.
- Amount will be sent to the customer via bank transfer.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
